Zafu Meditation Cushion for Comfortable Sitting

This zafu meditation cushion supports proper posture during meditation and yoga. The round design elevates the hips, helping reduce pressure on knees, ankles, and hips while keeping the spine naturally aligned.

Filled with U.S.-grown organic buckwheat hulls, the cushion conforms to your body while providing firm, stable support. Unlike foam, buckwheat won’t collapse or lose shape over time. The durable 10 oz cotton duck cover features a screen-printed mandala design and a strong carry handle.
