Warm Blue Oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus)

Cold Blue Oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus)
A stunning winter mushroom with deep blue tones.
- Fruiting Temps: 35–50°F
- Special Requirement: Needs a cold shock to fruit

Perfect for winter growing. The colder it gets, the deeper blue the caps become.
Brown Oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus)

King Oyster (Pleurotus eryngii)

- Best Feature: Dense stem — perfect for slicing into “scallops”

A bit more advanced to grow, but well worth it.
